Michele was a pleasure to talk to and schedule. Paul was super professional, got the job done! He thought he could fix it the day of but ended up needing a part. You could tell he hated that he couldn't get me up and running the same day. Got a call the next day and they got me in within a week to get the new part in. Can I tell you my washing machine has never run as great as it is now. Its been wonderful. So happy to have found Paul and AAA Appliance. Will do business with them again nd would highly recommend them!

Michelle in the office was a sheer pleasure to talk with/ very personable. They were able to squeeze me in to repair a refrigerator for our tenant. The service guy Brian was wonderful and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and fixed the issue with ease. Even when it came to the bill, I found them to be very reasonable and most of all very honest! AAA Appliance Service has once again proved to be an excellent choice for appliance repair. I have called in previous years for numerous services including repairing a stove/oven and installing a new dishwasher and garbage disposal. This time was no different. My gas dryer would not heat so I contacted AAA Appliance Service. The appointment was made to suit my schedule and given an approximate time 2 hour time frame. The technician, Brian, called as promised and arrived promptly when he said he would with his tools in hand. His knowledge of the dryer was apparent as he dismanteled, assessed, repaired, and reassembled it. He also told me what could have caused the problem. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received and will continue to call AAA Appliance Service, as well as recommend them to others. Thank you, Brian, the dryer is working great!

I was having difficulty with my new washer. AAA Appliance was able to come out very quickly, and Brian, the service technician, was great. He gave me some hints about the use of my new front-loading washer, and pinned down the problem. He was upfront and let me know that he was not sure if what he did would fix the part or not, but assured me that he was going to order the part so that would have it in stock in case the fix did not take. He was very professional and friendly, and I was very pleased with their service. I would highly recommend this company.
