All scheduled routes are finalized the afternoon prior to the day you're scheduled for. Once each technician's route is finalized, our office reaches out to you to provide a 2-hour time window for the technician's arrival the following day.
We know your time is just as valuable as ours! If you have a day or time that works best for you, please be sure to let the office know when you're scheduled. This allows us to accommodate your schedule as much as possible by doing our best to have the technician in your area when you're available. It also helps to prevents a delay of service due or the need to reschedule your repair. Our technicians are not generally able to wait at the home or come back later that day as they do have several customers on their schedule each day who are expecting them in the timeframe previously confirmed.
We pride ourselves on getting to our customers as soon as we're able to! Same-day service availability is based on schedule openings in your location for that day. If we're available in your area the day you call for service, you can rest assured the first available appointment will ALWAYS be offered to you. Even if you don't request same-day service!
Yes, all of our technicians are licensed, insured, and experienced in appliance repair.
We stand behind our work 100%! We offer a 30-day labor warranty on the repairs we complete that doesn't begin until the day the service is completed. If after service completion, your appliance doesn't seem at its best, we'll send a technician out to take a second look!
Please note: our 30-day labor only applies to service detailed on the invoice provided to you. Should the same appliance experience an issue unrelated to the service already completed, is deemed to be operator misuse, or is related to home malfunctions (electric, plumbing, etc.), the service labor would not be covered under this warranty. Parts are warrantied separately. See our FAQ regarding this for more details.

We use manufacturer OEM certified parts for all of our repairs. In the event we are not able to obtain an OEM certified part for your repair, you would be made aware by the technician or office prior to any parts being ordered.
All parts are warrantied through the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has specified warranties for their parts. The amount of time a part is covered by their part warranty does differ between manufacturers. If a part falls under the manufacturer's warranty, our office or technician will let you know this prior to collection of payment. All parts covered under manufacturer warranty will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Please note: The responsibility for faulty parts lies with the manufacturer, not the servicer. A manufacturer part warranty only covers the price of the part. Should a part fail after 30 days, the service fee to diagnose & install a replacement part is NOT covered and would be assessed at our normal labor rate.
All services must be paid for in full prior to the technician departing your home on the day service is completed. We do not bill customers for repairs. If you have special circumstances where billing may be needed, you are responsible for contacting the office PRIOR to the date repairs are scheduled so terms of billing may be established. Should prior contact not be made with the office and there is not someone available to make payment the day of service, the repair will not be completed, and a trip charge will be assessed.
Our technicians accept cash, check, and credit or debit card in the home. A receipt and copy of the detailed invoice will then be emailed to you by our office. Our technicians do not have the ability to print out receipts in the home. If you wish to pay in cash and are not comfortable doing so without a printed receipt, we recommend utilizing another method of payment. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns you may have.
We do not work with any extended or home warranty companies to collect payment. However, we do have several customers that provide payment to us once repairs are completed then submit a reimbursement request to their warranty company. This is always an option for you if you've discussed it with your warranty company first. Not all warranty companies offer this option and prefer to send out their contracted servicers.
