AAA Appliance Service and Repair is an honest and trustworthy company. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the owner himself—Paul—who was the one performing the service. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the appliance, but he also took the time to explain the repair process and educate me along the way. The pricing was fair, and I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. We’ll definitely reach out to them again if we ever have an issue with our washer!

Customer service rarity! My freezer stopped turning on over night as I have an external thermometer that saved me this time. If you dont have one, you need one! I called TWELVE local appliance service centers near me this morning and only one answered the phone or called back. AAA. Brittany made some arrangements, when originally were booked until Friday knowing that I needed the service quickly due to having a freezer full of venison, homeade bacon, and beef that was irreplaceable. Within 6 hours the owner Paul i believe was at my home, diagnosed the thermostat being the issue and on his way. Price was very competitive and with it being an emergency, it was even more generous. With customer service being so terrible to come by these days, its nice to see a bright spot now and again. Won't call anyone else ever again when I need something.

Amazing service!
Nowadays just to get somebody to speak to on the phone that is friendly & knowledgeable is rare. They fit me in their schedule the next day after I called. That morning they reached out saying they were on their way and was right in the time window they said. Service man was on time and very friendly, clean, fast. Our dryer was up and running after he left.
Would recommend to anyone in the York area.
